Task index
Each job a director does, in the order a tournament runs, with the page that holds its numbered steps.
The numbered steps for each job are on the page of the screen where the job is done, under the heading Tasks. This index names the job, the screen and the page. Where a job crosses screens, the rows are listed in the order they are done.
