Acceptance of terms.
By accessing meridian (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at our discretion; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Permitted use.
You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt to access non-public systems, scrape at a rate that imposes material load, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may revoke access at any time without notice.
- T-05
Inquiry submissions.
Information you submit through inquiry forms is used to evaluate fit for engagement and to reply. We do not guarantee a response, and submission does not create a contract or fiduciary relationship.
- T-06
No warranty.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- T-07

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law.
