  1. P-01

    What we collect.

When you submit an inquiry form we collect the fields you provide (typically name, email, organisation, and message). When you visit the Site we collect minimal technical data — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device type — for analytics and security purposes.

  2. P-02

    How we use it.

Inquiry data is used to evaluate fit and respond. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the Site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

  3. P-03

    Legal basis (EU/EEA visitors).

Under the GDPR we rely on (a) your consent for any non-essential cookies, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site, and (c) the performance of pre-contractual measures when you submit an inquiry.

  4. P-04

    Cookies and consent.

We use Cookiebot to manage consent for cookies and similar tracking technologies. On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject categories — strictly necessary cookies are always on (they're required to operate the Site); preferences, statistics, and marketing cookies only load if you accept them. Our only current statistics cookie is Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-LTK5N48TQW) with IP anonymisation enabled — used to understand aggregate traffic patterns, never to identify individuals. You can change your choices at any time via the small COOKIE SETTINGS chip Cookiebot drops in the corner of the page, and you can always clear cookies in your browser.

  5. P-05

    Sharing.

We share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the Site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual confidentiality. We do not share inquiry content with third parties for marketing.

  6. P-06

    Your rights.

Depending on your jurisdiction you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port, or object to use of your personal data — including under the GDPR (EU/EEA/UK) and analogous US state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA). Send any such request through the contact surface on the Site and we will respond within statutory windows.

  7. P-07

    Retention.

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and follow up on engagement, or as required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

  8. P-08

    International transfers.

Meridian operates from Frankfurt, Germany. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

  9. P-09

    Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

  10. P-10

    Contact.

Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the contact surface on the Site. We will route them to the responsible party at Meridian.
